    Nicely decorated and luxury place to stay while travelling around Lisbon. Stunning location, within walking distance of everywhere. 15 km from Humberto Delgado airport. A wide array of fine food for meals.

    Suitable accommodation for celebrating birthday. Luxury hip new hotel with perfect rooms. Great staff, favourable location close to the conference centre. Close enough to the riverfront, Conference Center, and Lisbon, near to the Belem tower. Excellent variety at breakfast.

    Beautiful riverside location, High-quality fitness facilities, Excellent spa services

    The noise levels in the rooms were unbearable!!! Inexperienced front desk staff failed to address requests appropriately. Limited availability of river view rooms and misleading advertisements about amenities added to the frustrations!!!

    The details you care about most

    The room was modern and spacious, with a lovely kitchenette and balcony for morning coffee. The staff, especially at the reception, were friendly and accommodating. A slight downside was the distance to the main attractions-an Uber ride took about 25 minutes. Worth recommending!

    Our family had a lovely 3-night stay, enjoying the spacious beautiful queen suite and the calming atmosphere at the spa. The indoor pool and jacuzzi provided the perfect relaxation after a day of exploring. Just a heads-up, the room amenities could use a bit more attention from the cleaning staff, but it didn't take away from our great experience 😊

    The Hyatt Regency in Lisbon surprised me with its modern design and spacious room. I loved the kitchenette setup. It made morning coffee enjoyable on the balcony. The staff were super kind and always willing to help. The breakfast options fell short for the price, and some staff seemed inexperienced during service, which caused delays. The AC in the room didn't seem to regulate well. Location-wise, it's a bit far from the main attractions, yet I found the nearby areas peaceful, away from the city chaos. The rooftop bar wasn't accessible , a letdown. It was like a new hotel still working out some service kinks, but many aspects were promising.
